International HiFi Show 2018

Krix have partnered with Trinnov Audio and Barco Projectors to present a world-first Dolby Atmos home cinema demonstration, featuring 34 decoded channels in a 24.10.10 configuration.

Held at the Pullman Mercure Hotel in Melbourne from the 12th to 15th of October, the International HiFi Show will play host to this demonstration of epic proportions.

You’ll be right in the middle of the action – hear bullets whizz past, dinosaurs roaring from overhead and tyres screeching through city streets in the biggest spatial audio demonstration of it’s type, ever.

Seven tri-amped dual 15″ loudspeakers will lead the charge behind the screen, while twenty-seven surround and overhead speakers place objects and effects with pinpoint precision. Add to that ten subwoofers, including four monstrous dual 18’s, and you’ve got immense power on tap.

Trinnov’s latest product announcement, the Altitude32 16-48 with 48EXT extension module, will be delivering the unprecedented number of discretely-rendered channels and applying it’s world renowned room equalisation.

We haven’t stopped at the very best in sound though, you’ll also be treated to a jawdropping 250″ picture from the astonishing 4K Barco Wodan – straight from San Diego CEDIA, setting an Australian first for this level of projection in the Australian market.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the ultimate in home cinema technology be sure to book your tickets here – we can’t wait to see you there!
