For two days in September, Krix brought together dealers, integrators, architects, interior designers and special industry guests in our home city of Adelaide.
The 2026 Australian Krix Key Dealer Conference featured a special presentation from Oscar-winning sound designer and re-recording mixer Rob MacKenzie of RMS Studios.
Rob gave our dealers a behind-the-scenes look at how movie sound is created – with a special Krix connection. His Sydney facility features Krix across multiple rooms, including a professional mixing environment with an incredible 48 channels of Krix loudspeakers.

The day concluded with our annual Krix Dealer Awards, recognising some of the specialist dealers and integrators bringing Krix experiences to customers across Australia.
On Day Two, the conversation moved from creating and reproducing sound to the spaces in which we experience it.
Through Krix Distribution, we welcomed Jorge Castro, Founder and CEO of Artnovion, along with architects, interior designers and industry professionals to explore architectural acoustics and the relationship between great sound and great design.
“Good acoustics and good design should never be competing objectives,” Jorge said.
From the professionals who create movie sound, to those who design the systems and spaces where we experience it, the two days celebrated a shared passion for making things sound better.
And for Krix, that's a conversation we've been part of since 1974.
