Home theatre reviewer Shane Lee has been spending time with our OWX-55 loudspeakers in his dedicated cinema, and his latest comments are a strong endorsement.

Shane says he’s “a huge fan” of the Krix system and describes the experience as sounding “just like being in an actual cinema, commercial cinema, just scaled down to fit in your home theatre.”

In the video, Shane uses the 2020 movie Underwater to put the system through its paces.

It’s a great choice for demonstrating a full cinema setup, with subtle overhead effects, sound moving throughout the room, huge dynamic moments and deep bass. Shane says the film is particularly effective for showing how a matching loudspeaker system can create a more cohesive immersive experience.

His verdict on the soundtrack is equally strong, rating the Dolby Atmos mix 10/10.
