YOUR KRIX WARRANTY

Important notice regarding your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Standard Warranty
In addition to the consumer protections under the Australian Consumer Law and subject to the conditions set out here, Krix warrants that this Krix product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
To qualify for this Standard Warranty:
1. You must have proof of purchase from an Authorised Krix dealer*
2. You must register online at krix.com and follow the links to product registration within 90 days from the date of purchase of the
product.

IMPORTANT: If you do not meet the above two requirements, you do not qualify for this Standard Warranty. You may however be entitled to the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Conditions of the Standard Warranty
This Standard Warranty covers normal domestic use and applications only. The cost of shipping, handling or insurance associated with the return of the product to Krix and back again is not covered by this Standard Warranty. You must pay for these things.

The products will be at your risk while in transit to and from the Krix Authorised Dealer or Authorised Krix Service Agent.

Krix reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether any defect or damage has been caused by accident, misuse or improper repair, normal wear and tear, electrical current or voltage fluctuation, unauthorised interference, or any cause other than defective workmanship or materials.

Krix may choose to repair the goods or simply replace them. You acknowledge that (at our option) goods may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired and that refurbished parts may be used to repair goods.

Krix is not liable to you or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect loss or damages in any event. Krix's maximum liability under this Standard Warranty will not exceed the product's purchase price.

The rights given to you under this Standard Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
